Not hate as in "I hate those sinners, and they will burn in eternal hellfire," but hate as in "I hate it when I'm expected to treat this guy as a saint just because he's on MTV and he died."
The fact that Judd, the talentless cartoonist, drew/wrote a "very special" book about "his friend" Pedro draws inky-black wellsprings of hate from crevases deep inside my shadow self.
And, fringey, I edited Maura's post to add a link to her imdb page. There are pictures galore. They just wouldn't load directly on this site. Besides, even Jon Stewart (back when he had a show on MTV) acknowledged Julie's cachet. One skit for viewer mail had him going out to the MTV mailbox to wade through all of Julie's fan mail to find one viewer letter.
