Atticus Grinch Hello, Dum-Dum. Join Date: Mar 2003 Posts: 10,117	Advice, consent and/or absence from session. By the time he's done, the President will have stacked the various Circuit Courts of Appeals with more recess appointments. Was advice and consent one of the things that changed on 9/11?
