I'm extremely busy so I often post using VRS, which has its limitations.
I received a check from Canadian gov't a few years back (Via Rail is gov't isn't it?) because a train I was on crashed. Via refunded our fare. Me, my wife and kids (at the time 3 and 6) also all received a 20 page multiple choice survey about the train crash (Were facing rearwardly or forwardly at impact? Did your head strike anything at impact?)
I was surprised there would be a preprinted form for train crash survivors- I would have expected a phone call at the least. Plus the question for the 3 year old should have included color pictures.
