One day you just wake up and realize your daughter wears Disney princess themed shirts every day. At least half of the wardrobe of american girls under 5 is Disney licensed- its not even worth it to fight the going to Disney World thing.

We sued Disney World for patent inf. and the bastards had the gall to argue lack of jurisdiction anywhere besides Fla. I thought it was a joke, but they get almost every case brought anywhere else bounced.

It was ironic that we really had no choice but to go there on vacation because of all the ads DW had poured into the state, and yet they can't be sued anywhere else because it doesn't have sufficient contact with any state.
