I had a "friend" like that in HS, though the point I challenged was the more prosaic one that a jewish friend was going to burn in hell for not being baptist. My response, I recall, was that I was very sad that she was going to burn in hell for all eternity for denying God's love and forgiveness and denying the almighty nature of God by presuming to limit His capacity to forgive all sinners however great - not just the sinners who happened to share her particular sins, like pride, vanity and wrath.
To her credit, that did shut her up for about 2 years, after which she discovered sex.
