Classy. So Bush presumably wants to be re-elected because of the job he's done in the war on terrorism, but we don't want people to be informed about 9/11 during the election.

Let's be fair here. Both sides were trying to wrangle the schedule for political purposes. The Repubs do NOT want this released right before the election. The Dems DO want this out, preferably about two weeks pre-vote. Both sides have taken concrete and visible steps to divorce the scheduling from the true needs of the committee. So, yeah, both sides suck on this one.
