Such giggling could lead to Puny-tive damages. I seem to recall a lawsuit by Don Johnson against a surgeon who, while said Johnson was anesthetized (sp??) lifted the gown and remarked to those also in the room that "Johnson's Johnson was smaller than John's son's" or something like that.
