I saw that text on a VW with Mass tags back in the early 1990s. I chuckled because, at about that time, the LSAT had stopped using the 48 scale and adopted a 180 scale (or something like that), making this guy qualify for the special bus (or valedictorian of the Mass School of Law, Small Engine Repair, and Tax Returns).
