I remember that. In contrast to the 9/11 scenario, this one seems really hard to peg as of yet. Maybe the Basques, what with the van they found a few weeks ago with 1100 pounds of explosives etc.
But, if it was Arabs, how exactly does blowing up 4 passenger trains refute the point that the Arabs might benefit from more books?
