FCC Levies Additional Fines Against Clear Channel

Apparently, Eliot was interviewing a female caller who said she was a big fan of Mr. Jeremy. The interview addressed such issues as the caller's habit of masturbating while watching Mr. Jeremy's videos, and included (inter alia) the use of a rather indelicate euphemism for the caller's sexual organs.

That meets the indecency standard, I believe.

Now, Clear Channel has not suspended Eliot yet b/c the incident happened before CC implemented their new policies. However, I expect that the size of the fine CC receives may influence their final decision. [Bubba the Love Sponge apparently wasn't worth the $750K he cost them.]
