What/who is the most overrated:

1. Food? I would say caviar - but I've never actually eaten it - i just can't bring myself to do it. Ewww. Down here? crawfish - so much work for so little payoff - why???? (And also - I am utterly repulsed by Krispy Kremes, even though I love regular donuts, but I think that's just me so it doesn't count).

2. Actor? Melanie Griffeth - has she ever had any talent? (Not sure she's exactly "overrated" but why why why won't she fade away into oblivion with the rest of the has-beens?)

3. Band or Singer? Madonna - especially the more recent stuff that can barely even be called "music."

4. Law firm? Oh, so, so many. Like someone else said - any firm that thinks it can intimidate by the use of its name alone.

5. Occupation? Gotta go with financial planner - "Here buy my stuff so I can get a commission and then harass you on a regular basis to buy more." Fabulous.

6. Movie? I saw Legends of the Fall recently and was very disappointed - nice scenery, but that was about it. I will also add the English Patient - I fell asleep, so I really don't know how good it was other than not good enough to hold my attention. For commercial hype - Star Wars 4 - I know the first 3 weren't critical masterpieces either, but damn.

7. Song? That Titanic song and the I will Always Love You song - someone bought all those copies, but thank god I don't know them.

8. TV Show (Reality or otherwise)? Pretty much all reality TV after the first season gets old. I've tried CSI, but just can't do it.

9. Article of clothing? I'll second stilettos for women - they make you walk funny and look like a whore - unless that's what you are going for, of course. Men - cufflinks - they just seem like you're trying too hard.

10. Sexual position or activity? In the shower/bath - for two reasons - 1) unless you have a nonslip mat, you can both end up with cracked kneecaps, and 2) there is such think as being "too clean" - ouch. Oh, and on the beach - I'm just guessing at this one, but sand in your pants doesn't sound terribly appealing - god forbid you also used some sticky food product on the beach.
