Apparently that's not quite right. She's transparently trying to have it both ways -- she talks to the press and the commission, but no one gets to ask her questions under oath. What's she so scared of? Even if a lot of people don't get that far, I'm sure she's convincing the media she's got something hide. It's a little bit like Cheney decided to be interviewed by Rush Limbaugh. If you need that friendly a forum, your story can't be that good.
