Okay, this reminds me of a question that has been bugging me since this weekend. I watched a bit of a rebroadcast of a Ducks/Stars game on ESPN Classic on Saturday. Anyway, shortly after I tuned in, the announcer said that one of the players was called for "icing". It looked like whatever the call was took place away from the action, but for the life of me, I couldn't tell what the nature of the penalty was. So -- what the hell is "icing" and what's the penalty for doing it?
