You can do it yourself. Just check out
www.avsforum.com and read up on it. It's just like switching a hard drive from your computer, with a few twists. Or the site that ncs suggests can do it for you too. But it's really easy to find a cheap disk drive and install it. Much less than $149.00, but no warranty.
