It's not conservative, it's just GOP. And you all should be proud. Please note, this is merely a cheap shot that I could not bring myself to pass up.

Personally, I am hoping this passes, and Congress votes to overrule an SC decision (query -- if the SC had refused cert to e.g. the pledge case, would Congress be able to overrule the 9th circuit? or do they have to wait until the SC takes and decides a case?). Then the SC declares that the law permitting the vote is unconstitutional, and Congress votes to overturn that decision. Hilarity ensues.
