Can't you get a written prescription for the horse from the vet, and send that to the online pharmacy? I order human thyroid medicine for my cat at drugstore.com; and had the vet fax the scrip to them (you can also mail it, but you can't fax it yourself). I use his name in the patient information section, and my name in the billing section.
