I think even just the pregnancy can do that because they get so stretched and engorged during the pregnancy.

The small ones hold up much better with time. If bras could prevent this, your grandmother would have great tits because she wore those playtex cross your heart bras with great support. Nowadays, women where bras that are lacy and look pretty and are designed more for looks than support.
At the bottom, you can click on a number and that takes you to a page of natural breasts of that age. See how quick the big ones start sagging? You are much better off having small ones and getting implants. You don't end up with the lift scars.
