Anna Nicole is a good example of how the ratio works. When she was hot, her ratio was great, even though her waist would have been huge if put on another woman. Here she is when the ratio was ideal for her:
I think she had a good ratio even after she left her hot phase and entered into her big-girl-but-attractive phase.
When she got fat, obviously her ratio was blown to hell.
