Absolutely nothing to do with the FAA

Do they think they will still get the business? Are they so fucking busy that they don't need the work? What the fuck?
I would like to add to my list of professions that I fucking hate, contractors. Fucking wasting my morning from 8 until 12. Fuckers.

Funny you should bring this up. Mr. Bunny is a builder and I often emphasize to him the need to call people back. I tell him that I'm going to start a contractor business and have crappy work, but be very responsive to customers and will get business for no other reason than being on time and responsive to phone calls. My constant tirades on why contractors have a bad reputation has encouraged him to spread the word and he actively encourages all the contractors he knows to (1) call people back on time; and (2) show up on time. This may not be as noble a battle as DTB's ebay war, but I do what I can.

Oh, God, yes. We're talking about a totally outrageous paradigm.

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.
