He's a divorced guy with a kid. Of course he's clueless how to approach it. He probably hasn't done the dating thing in years, and is now all kinds of excited to have digits, and he's overplaying his hand. IT's not like he's hanging out in the bars all the time if he's got a little un at home. But some slack on the wack, go on a date in a public place, and then move on if it's a no go. Why the worry?
