PS -- What is the genesis of TCB? I thought it was an acronym for "Checking the Box" or some such thing -- but then shouldn't it be "CTB"? Is this in the FAQ? That was a long damned time ago -- I remember the office I was sitting in when that term was coined, and it was 3 offices, and at least 6 or 7 years ago (is that possible?!?)

Quick grammar question for you. When one uses the long dash, usually seen as a double dash--known as the em dash--it was my understanding that spaces were not left on either side of it, yet I see you leaving spaces...could you please provide a citation to justify your usage that I may consult?
