Um, yeah, maybe if you were a gas station attendant in the 90s. I lived through all of the 90s, and I do not recall any point in that decade when the bleary-eyed, cotton-mouthed, semi-literate, uber-slacker imbecile stumbling around trying to borrow enough change for a Big Grab of Doritos and a Surge seemed like a cool guy.
