Not necessarily. Sometimes the neighbor moves but the fucking relationship is ongoing. Or, the neighbor moves and this causes the fucking relationship to terminate. If mmmm's friend can get a nice convenient fucking relationship going, then I think this will outweigh the possibility of some discomfort later, and even the possibility that she will have to pay the full amount for DirecTV herself. Of course, when doing this calculus, I tend to err on the side of overvaluing the benefit of the short term fucking and underestimating the log term potential for discomfort in personal relationships.
