Did you click on the picture, click on properties, and go to the URL? If you cut off the surgical/tongue.jpg (sorry, couldn't resist), you'll get the main page, which has subject listings (no pics). I'm guessing that TM clicked on the "splitcock" subject line.
I left without looking at any pictures because I am a wimp.
