Certainly someone has pointed this out, but wtf. You're not going to tell us that Montana, Oklahoma, S. Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, and Utah have larger black populations percentage wise, are you?
Furthermore, New York, New Jersey, Mass, Maryland and Illinois also have large black populations.
