PSA: Most skin cancer is a result of sun damage from childhood. If you have kids, make them wear sunscreen!! You should wear it too. You can die from skin cancer. (I'm sure SD will say you have to die of something, and, while true, shouldn't it be something more preventable than skin cancer?)
I have a college friend whose sister died of skin cancer in her twenties. After her sister's death, my friend quit her job to devote her time to skin-cancer awareness and create a foundation for skin-cancer prevention.
Or, don't listen. But at least get yourselves checked out by a dermatologist regularly if you're frying all the time.
