I don't think the arrest numbers correspond to actual numbers of foriegners in Iraq. I can think of myriad reasons why foreigners make up only a small percentage of the arrests, first and foremost being that they are better financed.

Moreover, it is not just the AQ members actually in Iraq who are focused on Iraq. Many of them are in Iran or Syria. That doesn't mean that they aren't focused on Iraq but is a good reason why they aren't arrested in Iraq.

As for my reasons why I believe this is true, I remember all those intercepted AQ communications talking about how important getting the US out of Iraq is. They seem pretty focused on Iraq.

Now I'm fully convinced you're a litigator. It would take a very smart litigator to remain this adamant about something so stupid. Don't feel bad, though. All of us are paid to sound smart in defense of the stupid position, half of the time. It's the nature of the law biz.

Here's a hint, though. It would be a lot easier for you simply to disagree with Mill's actual point. You're free to do so. Constructing an entirely different point, and then disagreeing with it, is an extra step for which, presumably, you're not being paid.

I've been paying attention, and can no longer follow what you guys are talking about. Maybe Hank can post a concise summary based on a Gilligan's episode I've never seen. That said, Atticus is clearly forgetting about Not Me's ability to compensate herself with homemade psychic utils.

atticus isn't stupid. once you have kids in school you'll see some that can't concentrate on what the teacher is saying and always tend to go off on a tangent when asked a question. CW? its not that they're stupid, class just doesn't challenge them. atticus is actually what would be called gifted.
