And, if it causes and uprising, perhaps there's a reason for it. Is Turkey being territorial and keeping its Kurds just to keep the land?
Besides, didn't they tell us to fuck off when we wanted to use their air bases for operations in Iraq?
|
Exactly. Fuck them. Who needs their stinking approval? We can always invade or put up fences or whatever.

I haven't perfected this yet, but the whole humility and anti-nation-building approach doesn't seem to be working. I see you've tried torture, rape, and murder, which don't seem to be working either. Have you thought of diplomacy as a last resort?

Sissy.
I never understood why Pontus Overlord 2.4 always liked you best, much less why you got this Undersecretary of Remote Planets position. You're the Colin Powell of his administration, you know.
Don't forget, there's always my approach. Granted, coalition forces haven't embraced it yet, but before this nonsense at the prisons erupted, I can tell you that I did get some initial inquiries from "other government agencies" if you know what I mean, and I think you do.

The Sunnis would be left without oil. That's a prescription for stability right there.

I don't see this as a stumbling block. The 3 countries could agree to split oil revenues.

That sounds like a great plan that will help avoid any conflict in the future. Kudos.
So, if the Kurds rebel in Turkey, do we do anything? I think they should have to deal with that themselves. Unless they do so genocidally. What do you think?

Oh ye of little faith. I'm sure they can settle it peacefully, perhaps through binding arbitration.

Hmmm. Can a middle east country be sucessful w/o oil revenues? Can anyone think of a country that built a stong economy without any oil?

My bad. Your post reminded me that they have no history of internal strife, unlike Afghanistan.

Is the land the Sunnis would get fertile? Does it have resources? Has it been heavily bombed during this uh interaction? Is there a large population of educated people who really, really want to move there and are incredibly committed to having Sunni-Iraq succeed?
