This reminds me of an incident where I was driving down the interstate at about 70 MPH holding my shirt out the window so it would "air out." Someone in that back room was wearing perfume, and I'm not sure who it was. I'd like to go back to find out, however.

Why would you have to cover your tracks if your wife is OK with you going to the strip clubs?

He can't help it. Its a self fulfilling prophesy. In his BSD sort of way he is now blinded by rage and hate over the fact that because you are a strong independent minded woman, he CAN'T have you. Obviously he is obsessed and that obsession addles his mind and the articulation here of what passes for ideas in his world.
Ignore him. Land of fu and all that. I still worship you, even though National PJ Day has come and gone. Its only like 360 days until I break out a bottle of Clos dU Mesnil to toast your greatness again.

If my wife was the CFO of anything and could afford to drop $28k at Chippendales or its equivalent, non-cheesy affiliates and the media picked it up, I would be upset about the fact that it was picked up. I'll admit that that is embarassing. Would I be looking around to fuck my maid as revenge while spending all our money? No. But that's because I don't have a huge stick up my ass.
And if she told me that there was no way she spent that kind of money and that she spent only $2,000 and they were trying to take advantage, I would be as outraged as she. And I would be on her side.
I also assume that she would tell me that she was going to a strip club. So, the fact that she was there probably wouldn't surprise me to the point of anger and scorched-earth divorce. But I wouldn't care if after the fact, she said, "We went out, got drunk and decided to go to a strip club." But that's only because I don't give a shit about strip clubs, unless she's fucking a dancer. And that ain't in the fact pattern.
You don't like it when Mr. pj goes to strip clubs. Fine.* But all your doing here is reading double standards into shit based on your own fucked up attitude, Velma. And it's stupid, especially when there is absolutely zero evidence of a double standard (like in the current example).
TM
* Which really means he'll just go without telling you and you'll ignorantly think you're the queen of the castle, like I'm sure you do now.

Mr. PJ must be some kind of dickless wonder?

Pretty sure I never said my wife is ok with me going to strip clubs.
ETA: there are certain circumstances where she is OK with it (i.e. college roommate's bachelor party), but other times (i.e. on a whim) she probably would not like it. She wouldn't divorce me, but she'd give me a little hell for it.

Not enough time in the world. He'll have to go without his HF, and be content with his ass-of-the-moment.

Stripperglitter is like the NYE confetti that you still find in your house in August, even though the party wasn't even at your house.

Oh yes it wa...er, I mean...yeah. What's up with all that confetti?

Yes, given his mean-spirited demeanor, self-love is probably his only option.

You weren't talking about strip clubs being sexist. You were talking about how a woman should react to her husband who goes to a strip club. Your problem was with the imagined double standard you seem to think is a given. But I'm not going to repeat your argument here because we all know what you said.
I don't say things like, "If my girlfriend joined a firm and turned down a mentor, I would divorce her on the spot," because things like that are stupid. Similarly, things you say are stupid.
And I don't demean you sexually, although I do think you are probably hideous (ha)*. I merely point out your flawed but fervent "cut their balls off" attitude to everything you find offensive. Those things quite often have to do with women who don't wear what you think is acceptable and the men they are linked to.
So, don't point at me when everyone is taking exception to your stupidity. It ain't my fault.
TM
* Aside from the Velma image I posted because I know how much you love being compared to her.

National Purse Junkie Day is over. You can send her back to fu.

Ha! Excellent question. And that would be tough. But I think we all know that no matter whose body pj's mouth and brain were attached to, we would kill each other in a matter of seconds. But, even if we didn't, I would find her attitude so repulsive that I wouldn't be able to fuck her. No way.

On a totally different note...
Reminded that the 2004 Tour de France is coming up, I typed www.tourdefrance.com into my browser. Big mistake, given the pop-ups for lesbian porn and spyware that tried to load itself onto my machine.
Try www.letour.com for the read TDF site. Especially if you are at work.

I thought that was the whole point of this discussion - that if men were OK with women going to strip clubs then women should be OK with it as well. If your wife is not OK with it, then you blow the whole argument.
eta, sorry - my bad. We weren't having a discussion we were flaming. Carry on.

I don't care about that argument. I just like talking about strippers.
