Britney marries (again)
Report: Britney Spears
marries fiance Federline
Second marriage in nine months for pop singer
LOS ANGELES - Pop singer Britney Spears married her fiance, dancer Kevin Federline, in a surprise ceremony, it was reported Sunday.
The wedding was held Saturday evening at a private home in the Studio City area with 20 to 30 people attending, “Entertainment Tonight” said on its Web site.
My only comment is...what was she thinking?

Some of you may remember, SS and I had a bet about a football game that neither of us really cared much about. About 20 minutes ago I got this email from his mom!
Dear Mr. Chinaski,
I am the Mother of Shape Shifter. I understand he has been posting on some forum as a Big shot lawyer from Texas. He was lying. Shape Shifter is in the 11th grade at Dan Ackroyd HS here in Manitoba. He works at the local Tim Horton's on weekends, not at a law firm.
To promote his lie of being a lawyer from Texas, I guess he made a bet with you about some American football teams, and lost. He won't be paying you the money and you can call and complain all you want. He is saving to pay for smashing the window on our neighbor's car this one night when he snuck a 6 pack of Blue out of his dad's refrigerator. It will be another 6 months before he's all paid square.
I promise I will be monitoring his computer time better, and I apologize if his fantasy has caused problems for you.
Thank you for your understanding,
Wanda Shifter
WTF?
When did he quit his paper route?

Female friendly porn.
Nope, not looking for recommendations for lesbian porn flicks. (Well, not at this time.) Do any of you out there have recommendations for porn flicks that was made for couples? We've tried a Candida Royale (I think that's the director's name) flick before, and although the sex was more along the lines of what she was interested in -- in other words, not just a series of five minute compilations of doggy style, complete with ass slapping, and big money shots -- but there was way, way, way too much hokey acting. I guess we're looking for a delicate balance in between that (let's pretend this is a real movie, but with the sex scenes being explicit) and what I've seen (bring on the five minute compilations!). All suggestions welcome.

Probably: How quickly can I get married to hide the fact that Federline's wondersperm has worked its wonders again?

It's not porn, but rent Unfaithful. If you aren't scrumping on the couch long before the final credits, then send her my way, because you've lost the ability to rev her engine.

Confirming their white trash status:

The couple exchanged rings and danced to Journey's "City by the Bay," the tabloid reported. Guests reportedly dined on chicken fingers, crab cakes, ribs and Waldorf salad.

At least they didn't light a Unity Candle.
Other problem: Apparently the Star has no fact-checkin' cuz. There is no Journey song by that name. They're probably thinking of "Lights," a song that is inarguably about San Francisco. I don't understand the deep personal connection this song would have to the happy couple, unless Federline is dropping a big hint that, like all former backup dancers for Justin Timberlake, he is a friend of Dorothy.
You'd think when a pop tartlet marries a backup dancer, they would want to set the dance floor on fire. As everyone with a seventh grade education can tell you, the movements accompanying a Steve Perry ballad are rather basic by comparison.

I found a couple of useful websites. So far none have recommended going the amnesty route.
He doesn't want them to go to zero, he just can't afford the $3000.

Ah, poor kid. PM me if you need help and/or he wants to hire someone. I know a couple of people handling these cases. But as everyone else has said, the best thing to do is scream poverty and try to negotiate it down.

I asked a similar question awhile back and EO recommended The Dinner Party. Not much of a plotline -- big dinner party where everyone shares their fantasies (which are, of course, shown) and then all have sex at the same time (pairing off, for some odd reason -- man, was that a let down) -- but it's worth it for the lesbian threesome. It's not grainy and the main actress is fucking hot.

I caught the end of yesterday's Love/Clarke match. Apparently Love had just done something on 18 that the announcers were saying showed great sportmanship and class. They didn't say what though. What did he do?

Hmm. I think he could have taken a drop because of the proximity of a sprinkler head to his ball but he didn't. Not quite sure how that shows class - maybe it was questionable but he didn't make a fuss?
(Note: I did not actually watch this hole - but this came up in the press conference afterwards)

Sports announcers, and golf announcers in particular, hand out compliments for "class" and "sportsmanship" like candy on halloween.

How is not taking a drop because of closeness to a sprinkler head that great? That's a legitimate and you see it happen pretty often, just like cart path drops, casual water, etc. Anyway, wasn't the US pretty well hosed by that point? What does it matter what he does if it will certainly be of no consequence.
All that said, DLIII is a really nice, honest and upstanding guy, from everything I can tell.
