Think about how much better you'll feel when the Red Sox lose in game 7 to Roger Clemens.

Fuck that; haiku rules.

No, no, no!!!!! That would be worse than losing Game 7 in the ALCS to the Yankees.

Damn you Shifty for bursting my little bubble of happiness.

I like my chances against Clemens in any big game. Ask the Mets, A's, and Marlins (and Red Sox). Tomorrow ask the Cardinals.

I am not kidding even a little bit.
If you had written "I appreciate your properly using the subjunctive," I would ask you to make out right now.

(To be clear, ABBA's sentence is correct as written. I simply like economy and the proper use of whatever that "your ... using" form is called [ possessive gerund or some such? Dtb?].)

I like both sentences. And would gladly make out with either of you. Or both.

While I like both sentences, all I can commit to right now is that I'd like to play with Christina Ricci's breasts.

But would you rather play with Brad Pitt? Johnny Depp? Insert hunky guy of your choice here? (it's too bad that you can't see where I'm pointing, but I think you can probably figure it out.)

If I may...

It is the possessive gerund and it always gives me a little thrill when people use it properly.

So thank you for that little thrill I just got.

I don't get it.

Andre the Giant was about three times the size of an average man, but could consume more than 10 times* as much as the average man. How is this possible?

*the International History Channel had a biography on him. He apparently drank over 100 beers on more than one occasion and drove home. He once ate 14 steaks for dinner. It took him two 1.75 bottle of vodka just to feel any effect from the alcohol.

I'm pretty sure Fringey knows where to insert a hunky guy.
