She thinks from your avatar that it would make an entertaining catfight for the rest of the FB to watch? That said, I'm surprised more people aren't picking a fight with me.

Now that you mention it, yes.

No. But if a cow actually had enough talent to make my shoes, not only would I not eat it as I am usually inclined to do, but I would make sure he was saved from slaughter. In fact, I would prefer buying shoes made by such talented cow labor rather than those made by child labor, but maybe this is a topic more appropriate for the PB.

Duly noted. I have no dog in the fur fight, so to speak. I was having some fun with you, that's all.

Oh. Well, um, carry on* then.
Memo to file: have accounts payable cut a check for $.0000000001 to the lovely and talented ncs. And what's the deal with this crappy sushi, anyway? Can't you find a better place to get raw fish? Jesus.

no you deserve to get flamed, because that last line was so rediculous in its assumption that i would stop calling you dearie because you asked me to. actually all you did was let everyone on the board know how to grate on your nerves - very stupid of you to give that away.
but since i am usually pretty nice to people, i won't call you dearie.
but maybe the fact that as a long term poster who went away for a while and returned under a different log in id take offense to some newbie trying to act like she understands fashion board traditions when she doesn't even know that friday is catfight day (and you really do not need a reason other than being in a bad mood to flame someone here) will refresh your memory.
|
It's beyond tiresome to fight with you.
1. I never expected anyone to stop calling me dearie because I asked. I was merely letting you know that I didn't like being called dearie by you. You were trying to be condescending by calling me dearie. It didn't work.
2. Go ahead and call me dearie. Or don't. It won't change my opinion of you one way or the other.
3. OK, so you are a long time poster who went away for a while. Big whoop. Will you go away for a while again please?
4. I know all about flame war fridays. And I'm participating. Do you have a problem with that?
5. And actually, you do need a reason other than a bad mood to flame people around here...otherwise the flaming gets boring. See, I'm fighting with you because you tried to call me a name which, as pointed out by RP is better suited to you than to me.
Why are you fighting with me?

Is this a Good Thing?
According to Salon, oral sex is making an entre into upcoming films -- http://www.salon.com/sex/feature/200...yan/index.html
"There is nothing like the visceral jolt of seeing Mark Ruffalo's face delicately ensconced in Meg Ryan's hindquarters to hammer home exactly how rare it is to see oral sex depicted on multiplex screens -- especially when the relevant roving lips reside on the faces of bona fide movie stars. But Ryan and Ruffalo are about to get lots of company on their travels below the belt, as Hollywood experiences early tremors of a graphic oral-sexual revolution. The results may be titillating, but the cumulative impact speaks less to shock value than to the way the film industry's portrayal of realistic sexuality is beginning to evolve. "
Thoughts? As someone who is sorta eh on oral sex, I am (for the second time today) feeling ambivalent.

UGH. Second most loathed poster. Why does NYD continue to try and make people think he is a she? Thanks for the heads up. He will be inducted onto my Ignore List at the next ceremony.

My vote, I believe, is obvious.

My money's on b'n'b--sharper wit, unafraid of old-timers. Though the gentlemen's, I suspect, is on whoever takes her top off first.

well, maybe because i am a she.
but see, b_n_b, i've been flamed by way better than you. and paigow, you wouldn't possibly ignore me because for you to ignore me would give up your chance to repeatedly attack everything i say with the tired and discredited notion that i am not really a woman.

I always had concern. I just might not have been conveying it. That was the basis of my entire diatribe: I feel sorry for these women who are fucking up their lives (in the cases of strippers and prostitutes) and doing unhealthy things to their bodies and maybe their pysched (in the case of fake tits). Anyway, I think a big part of my feeling on this whole thing is that I don't really like the way fake breasts feel. Maybe I have only been involved with bad ones, but I was surprised how their movement, feel and sensitivity was different. It shocked me; they look nice, but feel so strange.
I'm too much of a self-explainer; I should have just shut the fuck up about fake tits and how I think they're a bad idea even if someone I didn't know did think that I was calling her mother a whore. But it bugs me that people misinterpretted what I said. Ever since I stopped being a real asshole, I'm concerned when some erronesouly still think that I am. Anyway, I am done talking about fake tits. The realy ones are so much nicer. Let's talk about them.
|
I'm sorry that you've stopped being a "real asshole" now. I like real assholes much better than the fake ones. I mean, the fake ones look good, but they just feel so unnatural. Maybe I've just been exposed to the wrong fake assholes, but the ones I know seem to have very low self esteem and they just wish that they could be real assholes b/c society has made them believe that real assholes are more desirable and worthy of respect and admiration.
