Keep it up.

Oh and Thrasher, then maybe it's finally time to retire that godforsaken indian war chant thingie they do that is so horribly irritating.
I think that's the real problem with the Braves.
And please root for the A's tonight for Slave.

One of the strangest "deal trophies" I've seen was at the office of a little venture fund that worked in the Explorer's Club in NYC. The guy had this thing about six feet tall, round and kind of fat, gray and a little kind of scaley-feeling sitting very prominently at his door. Stuffed whale penis.
Now THAT is a great fucking deal toy. Much better than dumb-ass lucite blocks with widgets imbedded in them. At least it's worthy of notice and conversation.

What sort of deal would qualify for a 6 foot stuffed whale penis, though? One where the opposing business guy was a huge dick?

Yes, when the Cubs fans did the war whooping I was thinking: power to them! That chant has really become quite annoying over the last three decades.

Then those Cubbie Bubbies went and sang "Take me out to the Ballgame" repeatedly, which is really pretty lame (not as lame as "Cowboy Up" but certainly heading in that direction).

Me, too. Black ones with stilleto heels.

I can't wait to wear my new cowboy boots and my new suede tri-color pumps in pretty fall colors.

Whenever I get moody about churning out deals, I look under my desk and hum that Nancy Sinatra song!

I can think of any number of deals. You can take it many ways.

But I can never find the things on e-bay, though you can find these .

Everyone knows the Braves stole the War Chant from the FSU Seminoles.

That makes my day.

This morning, as I was passing thru the crack security at the airport, I overhear a couple TSA employees going over their break schedules, which, apparently, each of the employees had to sign to "ok" when they would be slurping their extra large cokes. "Hey Sy, don't forget to put yer John Henry on here," one called to the other.

Aren't parking tickets infractions?

How could you have prosecuted a number of people for infractions? Wasn't there enough petty theft, DUI, and domestic violence to keep you busy?

It's so effing hot in my office today I only wish I were wearing shorts - or less. It cooled down to the mid-80's outside and they cut off the AC. Bastards. If this happens again tomorrow I'm flirting with the idea of sitting in the administration office naked until they give in and crank it to "arctic."

A little disturbing, given the degree to which TSA relies on technology.

What am I talking about? Ask a Johnny Cash fan . . . . Or maybe it's obvious, and TM is going to chew me out.

You can have it back now please.

I don't know which is worse, the chant or that godforsaken USC Trojan dirge.

Edited to add - yes I do - it's the chant.
