So I go to the dermo yesterday bc I have these strange hard little bumps on my person. He takes a half second look and prescribes two somethings that my insurance wont cover and tells me to come back in three weeks. While he looks, he looks at a mole-like thing that isnt raised or anthing and says "this has changed, must come off bc it appears to be malignant, cancerous, schedule surgery".
1) Can I trust a doctor who looks at things so quickly?
2) The man looks at thousands of mole like things and I hadnt been to the dermo in two years. How can he instantly know something has changed that I dont think has changed, and tell me it could be cancer?
3) Does Duac work? I cant remembe rthe name of the other thing but it has "bac" in it.
Is there some online resource where I can read feedback on doctors?

129. Those who remember my occasional 80's lyrics quizzes on here should not be surprised... I know lots of useless bullshit. Pretty good quiz, some of them were really tough.

they make notes on appearance and cut out that which changes. it might be "churning the file" or it might be caution, but getting a mole removed is pretty simple. the one I had, he just basically uses a cookis cutter type thing and then its out. only a little scar left. it might be simplest to get it out rather than go for a second opinion, unless its more than the cookie cutter 30 second thing.

1) Maybe. Physicans are trained to make quick decisions as soon as they feel that they have a grasp on the situation. This makes for fairly good health care, but it's a fucking pain in the ass when you have to work with them outside of the health care setting. Their mindset is "examine, make diagnosis, set treatment course," and they tend to do it very quickly. It's sometimes hard to get them to reassess the diagnosis or treatment in the non-healthcare setting.
[4] There are some resources out there on MDs but most of them are not accessable to the general public. The National Practitioner Data Base has malpractice, medical board and medical staff issues on file. Some of the medical boards have on-line information on the physician, so you might want to check your state's medical board webpage. It's likely, though, that all it will say is "action taken" or "no history of discipline". The best source of information on a physician are other physicians and especially nurses. Talking to other patients is generally not as helpful, because patients tend to concern themselves with bedside manner, and not the quality of the healthcare that is given.

THe Rabbit is the most overrated POS ever. Has ANYONE ever come from this?

2 things to report
1 he walks with the same preying mantis gait as does Larry King,
2 new hip (at least for middle age guys) lingo.
"I went with Larry to the AFI to get the award for "curb", 2nd season, and I....."
so anyway from now on, I'm saying Curb........since its Halloween, a night of sharing, I won't claim exclusive rights to "saw Curb last night".

Bitch please, I have been calling it curb since I first started posting of this show. Of course, that is bc I hate the acronyms that people like Atticus are so fond of. I mean he even called Micheale Ian Black, whoever that is, MIB. So if you werent paying close attention, you could be lost.

I defy anyone to find a good photo of her teeth, which must be bad too. She refuses to have them photographed. Her tits on the other hand are a different story.
And now I'm interested in answeing Str8's question for myself. Spelling or Doherty? Hmmmm.
She's got the best bod money can buy, but I can't get past the horse face. So, if I've got no shot of marrying her for her money, I couldn't pick her. Besides, Doherty would be a good hate fuck.

Notice how her hair falls right on the line where the canteloupes start.
If you remove the fake tits, what you have is a starving anorexic Jewish girl who just wants to be loved. She reminds me of some kind of Long Island after school special . I dont want to geta ll str8 like, but my friend (from LA) had drinks with a big group of girls several years back and Tori actually started crying, in public, about her man situation I think it was.
