I knew I could've prevented the war and fixed the economy if only I wore skirts...

My mom says that she and a few other women caused a minor scandal at their work in the mid to late sixties when they started wearing trousers to work. She says that it was practically unheard of at the time, though trousers were much more pratical in the labs they were working in.
