It sort of freaks us out how cool they are. They went dancing at a gay bar on one of my brother's birthdays a few years ago, and the next day at La Strada brunch, half the crowd was asking us where our parents were and when they were coming. My dad sort of assumes that he exudes straightness, so he's never bothered walking into gay bars or whatever.
