Re: American Wedding, can anyone think of a trilogy (or more) where the original was good, the II sucked, and the III was any kind of improvement on II? My personal guess is that if you're sliding by II, going to III ain't gonna reverse the trend.
The only exceptions I can think of are Indiana Jones, and possibly Rocky.
I say this because, having seen American Pies I and II, I'm really not hopeful that Jason Biggs is the next Harrison Ford.
