I don't pay that much attention, but is it a firmly established principle of DMCA interpretation that a search engine operator has any liability of infringement in certain links? Does this arise out of Google's maintenance of caches? Or is this somehow required under the DMCA to go after the actual infringers?

Excellent point. The guy is such a dumb pathetic loser that the attempts to make him look like a dumb pathetic loser just come off as mean. It's too easy. The only tension in the show comes from rooting for him to play off the board and against the producers, like when he removed his hand from the hooker. If the producers recognize this and exploit it, the show will be successful. If it stays at the pick on the dpl level, I will lose interest quickly.

Did you really think so? I see him as a guy who plays the same character over and over and over, and the character's name is Caruso. Same guy now appears on CSI.

and is it true that kournikova pregnant? I guess you can take the girl out of her poor country, but you cant take the poor white trash out of the girl. bitch please, you know this is gonna be the first of many many illegitimate Iglesias kids.

There were rumors that the wedding was taking place last weekend on Martha's Vineyard. The Inside Track (Boston Herald) had a very entertaining account of all the hints/clues to the event and the reaction on the part of the press and paparazzi. Helicopters flying, airport stakeouts, etc. Ben
Kournikova pregnant?? No. I did a quick google and those rumors were circulating back in January and February of this year. So unless the little critter has a long gestation period, or she has had sex with Enrique in the last month or two , she's not.
She did quit her stint as a roving reporter for USA. Apparently she felt uncomfortable asking other players about their matches. The only spot of hers I saw was with Kim Clijsters. Horrible. Anna clearly has no future on tv (in a speaking role).
Robby Ginepri (another young American tennis hottie) is dating Minnie Driver. They met in England after she saw him playing in the Queen's tournment on TV. She's only 12 years older than he is. Do they double-date with Tara and Mark?
Anne
Damn, it's still raining in NYC! No tennis yet.

Not to mention lots of drugs (recreational and performance-enhancing), lots of heavy partying, lots of unprotected sex back in the day, and bodies that tend to go from huge and muscular at age 25 to just huge at 40.
I know, I'm generalizing. But we're talking about averages (i.e., average life expectancy), so generalizing is appropriate.

I think that the Cookie O'Chick cake would be appropriate, just don't try calling Carvel and asking to speak with it-they don't play that shit.

I don't think we disagree. I think that character was (somewhat) new and fit well with Franz and NYPD Blue then. But the whole Look-down-scrunch-eyebrows-whisper-scratchy-talk method of acting doesn't quite work elsewhere. He should have recognized that and milked it for what it was worth on NYPD Blue. I've never seen CSI.

I saw the Martin-Ginepri match, and while I must say he is fine (took his shirt off- perfect chest hair- nipple ring???), the MInnie Pearl thing is a turnoff. He is only twenty so clearly she is schooling him. Good, I will take him next.
I also saw the Philippoussis - Nalbandian match and could not bring myself to cheer for Mark. He had an exciting second set tiebreak win and then just totally went away. I guess that night spent banging Tara in Jersey wore him out. I predict that this relatuonship, such as it is, is over. Bc Mark is really taking his tennis seriously. Or so I hope.
I saw one Anna K segemnt- the "who is the hottest tennis player on the men's tour", which was beyond lame. And I dont hate her or think of her as a nontennis player. What was even lamer is that not one person said Moya or Phillipoussis- makes you realize that a lot of non fans are at the matches. It was all Agassi and Roddick, who each have their own thing but dont measure up to Carlos, Mark and a lot of other players.
Has anyone seen Carlos? He looks UNBELIEVABLE. Even McEnroe was talking about it.
