It was SI and the article enforced why the Iraqui sports program had dwindled in the past decades. Wasn't one of the punishments cutting skin and dipping in sewage? But yes, your way is better. Here's a question, what would Stephen King do? Fire Ants? Paralysis in the desert with a glass of water nearby? Snakes? Christine?

LEt me clarify. There was an intelligence report that said there was a teensy weensy chance that we killed them. Teensy. But, hey, if its good enough for the President, then its good enough for me.

Oh....but that'd be cruel and unusual. Shouldn't they be on a work detail for pre-release? Because, after all, their father was abusive and they certainly could not be really responsible for their actions...

I'm not into the TdF, but I find the discussion of it here strangely compelling. Moreso than the discussion of hockey, NTTAWWT, and way moreso than the occasional reminders of golf. I trust you all to tailor your posts accordingly.

I was surprised because I have some of the Cole-Hahn air-whatever shoes, but they are not what I would call flip-flops (and I don't wear them to work). I think mine are slides. I'd hate to think I paid $100 (or whatever) for flip-flops. That sounds silly.
They are super comfortable though, so fuck it.

does the person who posts the first post on page number 1000 of this thread get some sort of honorary K? I know I won't get it, but I wonder nonetheless.

It was horrible. I don't remember all of them, but they used all sorts of machines of antiquity, plus psychological tactics. I think they dipped people in acid, put them on racks, had teammates beat eachother up (and then dip them in acid), break knees and feet. If I recall, one torture was to make the entire volleyball team (which included mostly tall men) to go into a room that had 4 foot ceilings, but did not provide enough room for them all to lie/sit down, and leave them there for a couple of days. It was stuff that even in your most vivid periods of imagining cruel tortures for hated people you probably wouldn't come up with.
Here's the link: Sports Illustrated

Were they clear plastic? My sister and I hit the Saks sale rack this weekend and saw a pair of what we could only describe as Burberry flip flop jellies.

Of course, depending on one's settings, the pages come faster or slower. I'm already on page 1400-something.
