It's like when Penske is fighting with NotBob*

What a dilemma for the Germans. Things were so much easier when species extinction was an acceptable endgame. Maybe they could inbreed the birds and sell them to US carnies for exploitation. http://www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/science...eut/index.html

quote: "The problem is that a protected bird is eating protected fish," a spokesman for the Bavarian environment ministry said this week.

*hypothetically, of course. I've never seen it happen, but I would be conflicted if it did.

Steroids

Wow, I would have thought it was much higher. Given the "enlargement" of many players recently.

NEW YORK, Nov. 13 — Major League Baseball will begin penalizing players for steroid use next season after learning that more than 5 percent of this year’s tests came back positive. MLB said of 1,438 anonymous tests this season, between 5 and 7 percent were positive.
Starting next year, a first positive test for steroid use would result in treatment and a second in a 15-day suspension or fine of up to $10,000.

The length of penalties would increase to a 25-day suspension or fine of up to $25,000 for a third positive test, a 50-day suspension or fine of up to $50,000 for a fourth and a one-year suspension and fine of up to $100,000 for a fifth. The suspensions would be without pay.
The newly discovered steroid THG was not tested for, and baseball cannot retest because the samples weren’t saved. But it already has been added to the banned list for next year.

So technically, the numbers could go higher. Will be interesting to see what happens in the BALCO case.

For me (and most guys), it's all about what I don't have right now.

Example, when I was dating a little 5'3" 100 lb girl, I wanted a taller girl with a nice round butt. When dating a girl with a ghetto booty, I wanted a nice little firm ass. Dating big rack girl - wanted perky B-cup. Lean, slim girl - wanted DD jugs.

See ladies? This is the sacrifice we men make when we commit. It's KILLING us inside not to cheat. I have stigmata.
Thinking a little more about this vs. my way of looking at men (initial question - is he my type? go from there). Is it typically true in the male population that the "type" is not so relied upon? (I think Coltrane once said curly hair, but I guess nothing of body shape)

And if so, when cheating thoughts occur is it typically with someone of a different type, as Coltrane suggests?

Because for me, if the initial type thing is true (though, note, my type is a very limited group), and other things are clicking along fine, then I never am thinking about potential types I might be missing.

Are we back to Mars/Venus or are Coltrane and I not representative?

I will ponder this over sangria and get back to y'all...

I think some men are very dedicated to a type, and some can't figure out what they want. I have a good friend who has never dated anyone who wasn't between about 5'3" and 5'5" with straight blond hair and blue eyes with the kind of roundish nordic face. He seems to be more flexible on size of TITS! and ass (or else he'd never find a date).

I on the other hand, back in the day, have dated women ranging from 4'10" to 6'0", straight hair, curly hair, blond, brunette, redhead, light skinned, dark skinned, big boobed, small boobed, borderline anorexic to a bit heavy. Whatever. I do have kind of thing for redheads, but they haven't been a disproportionate number of girlfriends. The only thing I wouldn't really go for was stupid.

Now of course I'm a dedicated family man, but if I were to notice other women (not that I would, honey), I don't think it would be either women particularly like or unlike my wife. Some women I find attractive; others not so much, but there doesn't seem to be any come factor except evidence of brain activity.

David Brent, Evil Genius

Sorry if this is a repost, but apparently, Ricky Gervais, of The Office will be making a guest appearance on Alias as a villian. Since I watch both shows, I'm in for a treat....

David Brent part of the Covenant?

Oooh, baby, come to papa

Another Paris Hilton sex tape allegedly exists with her having a threesome with then best friend, Playboy playmate Nicole Lenz, and her boyfriend at the time, former MTV VJ/actor Simon Rex. I can hardly (heh, heh) wait

As Simon Rex was quite well known for having done a few gay porn flicks in his time, I'll wait for the reviews to come in first.

BTW, it sure is coincidental that the premiere of the "Simple Life" is around the corner, with all this Paris Hilton hoopla going on.

And what about poor, poor Nicky being pushed from daily mention on page 6

GF of 16 months.

Another example: take the truly kind-hearted person you know. They're not making any sacrifice to be a good person. It's easy for them.

However, those people who have a little evil in them but who still try to act good are making a much bigger sacrifice. They have to resist urges that don't exist in the good person.
Trust me on this. Everyone has a little evil in them.
