The Mr. and I bought some of them ourselves after seeing them on Discovery.
I'm not sure which version you're talking about -- there's a National Geographic set -- which sucks. Then there's another series, it's either Discovery or BBC, which is very good. I have them all memorized (as did my son, when he was 4 years old.)

What was so great about it? It was like two second. Though Maria Elena Whatever has phenomenal tits.

I wonder how Roy would have tasted with a little sweet & sour? I haven't been this hungry since watching my brothers in Cincinnati feast on Native Americans this weekend. I bet they were served over a bed of Vermeil-celli. [ba dump dump]

Sorry about that. It was much smaller than that when I copied it. I'm not sure why it pasted so huge.

Speaking of bad kid movies, the entire Disney set of Pooh flicks should be torched and the bastards in charge of production soundly slapped. I fucking hate it when they ditzbagify great children's book illustrations for little kids as if they're too stupid to watch better ones. Tigger and the rabbit look like idiots and the voices are over the top cutesy.

Needless to say, I wasn't too charmed by the animated Alice in Wonderland either.

Movies

First, the numbfuckers at my Blockbuster did not know who Eddie Izzard is this weekend when I asked about the new DVD. What a waste of life.

Second, I rented and watched "Second String" this weekend. I am always amazed by the number of movies about the Buffalo area and/or the Bills. Anyway, "Second String" was actually very good if you like football movies that are actually about football and not about sex and dramatic crap. Jon Voigt was good -- and I was surprised to see him in it. I realize that it was late at night and I was quite a few beers in, but I got so involved at one point that I felt like I was actually watching a game.

The Bills won the SuperBowl on a ..... get this ...... faked field goal. I will be buying said film because it made me feel good and Van Miller was in it.

I'm not sure how I feel about not having witnessed the Penske-in-a-skirt-on-the-town thing... Watching the cougars trying to give him a "Highland fling" could have been fun, especially if Wonk brought his camera phone.

Thurs. night was a good time. Thanks again, guys and anyone coming into town should feel free to look us up...
