Be fair. The most Ty claimed was that they have jobs until the term(s) of the president who appointed them is over.

The signal is fine -- the problem is on your end.
I just noticed that my neighborhood bookstore has plenty of Bukowski. Is Post Office the one to try if you might try only one?

Hey, I am just trying to figure out what Ty was getting at. But one could see a parallel between the two cases in that both involved questionable prosecutorial decisions that may have been motivated by the political advantage that could be derived from the prosecution. Nifong may have done it to benefit himself, and maybe the Wisconsin prosecutor did it to benefit the party.

This is actually the direct opposite of what you might conclude from my posts had you been paying attention, but thanks for playing.

OK, this may be difficult for you to get, but ALTHOUGH US ATTYS ARE NOT ELECTED, the prosecution of a member of the staff of an official up for reelection could nonetheless be politically motivated and related to some kind of election something. I would think if you read any of the stuff you might have noticed mentions that the governor's (ultimately unsuccessful) rival used the information about the woman who was (apparently unfairly) convicted in his political ads, to imply that the governor is corrupt.

Yeah, so what the 7th Circuit did must be, like, rare or something.

Not to mention undemocratic. Aren't are troops fighting over in Iraq right now to uphold the values of democracy? And these three judges come along thinking their votes count three times or something? Sheesh.
