It was Macduff. The witches tell Macbeth "Be bloody, bold, and resolute; laugh to scorn the power of man, for none of woman born shall harm Macbeth."
Later, when he and Macduff battle to the death he cries "Lay on Macduff, and damned be he that first cries Hold! Enough!"
And Macduff says something about being from his mother's womb "untimely ripped".
