We sorely lacked your perspective yesterday. Do you think that dipping into the strategic reserve would have any non-transitory effect on retail gasoline prices, or is it simply a way for a president (Clinton, Bush, etc.) to make a hollow gesture that shows that he cares about working stiffs?
