The whole thing was a Beckham Blowjob from start to finish anyway, which made it even more annoying. And high definition doesn't flatter most of our players. All in all I could have better spent my time force-feeding a small animal and devouring its tasty liver.
|
I loved Matt Reis' comment about Beckham. "He's here? Really?"
I thought Celtic played to win all of it's games? That's what the commentators were saying.
Do you think they will up their offer for Shalrie? The Revs fans are pissed that the team hasn't renegotiated his contract this season. If Shalrie goes to Celtic, you can count on the Midnight Riders joining the local Celtic fan club.

Why would they care if they lost to the best of the best in the US?
Hah. I would think they *would* care, but maybe the refs were betting on the game. Or something.

It was something the commentators kept referencing during the game. Celtic 'always plays to win' friendly game or not.
Stevie Nicol was just blowing smoke. Even though the league owns the contract, he'd love to raise Shalrie Joseph's price tag in Europe and possibly draw a big name to the Revs. We're one of the few teams with out a big name, big pay check signing this year.
Watch what happens when Celtic play The Fire, and Chelsea toys with the Galaxy. I'm pretty sure an EPL All Star team would kick the MLS All Stars collective asses quite easily. The MLS has gotten better over the years, but it's not there yet. The referees they use certainly aren't at that level yet.

Question for TM
Let me try this sloooowly for you.
I do realize that the laws have been found enforcable and Constitutional by courts.
But I: (1) disagree with some of those interpretations; (2) disagree with the legislative premise behind those laws, i.e. dogfighting is equal in the eyes of the law to manslaughter; and (3) think the U.S. attorney has better things to do.
That said, I believe a Virginia jury, whether Federal or State, will not convice Vick for this. Ergo, justice prevails in the end, putting aside the wasted expense and resources and abuse of discretion by the U.S. attorney (see Barry Bonds perjury/obstruction grand jury and Greg Anderson's continued incarceration for contempt), despite the existence and enforcability of said laws.
Less (I worry that, even now, the length of my final sentence may deter your comprehension) inSF

I'd regret it the first time I wanted to put it up in a pony tail.
And the second. And the third. And all the other times until it finally grew out.

Or rub his dick and balls with chopped meat, tie his hands behind his back and let three pit bulls go to town.

Uh, yeah, but I said I didn't get bigger. My appetite is way higher when I exercise than when I don't, so I ate less and didn't gain weight.
Anyway, all I was doing was agreeing with those saying exercise is not the answer. It is about making healthy food choices the majority of the time, and watching portion size.
But you guys have posted so much today I am pretty much Wonking by responding . . .

I was up at her head, like Sebby with his wife, so I didn't see much that was disturbing. The most disturbing thing was the placenta. I never imagined that it would look like an organ and require its own delivery.
That being said, I've had sex many times since my nephew was born!!

My daughter wanted to be a vet at 7. We were at the Michigan State Fair and in the birthing tent. We watched a vet reach up into a lamb to asist in a breech birth. I'm sure she's okay with sex, but i know she doesn't want to be a vet anymore.

Then again, I don't think I'll find my own teenagers (when they are teenagers) annoying, but if they are the annoying, sullen "too cool for everyone" types, I live in the prep school capital of the world, and off they go. But I really don't think I could stand to send them away to boarding school. If I do, it will be to a boarding school within 10 miles of my house.

On the other hand, do you get mad when your son asks "Dad--can we go to the sheep fisting tent again?"
