Canker sores are not from sex. Cold sores, which can be, but it could be from back when I had a sex life, or even from childhood, are different from canker sores and do not (apparently) appear inside the mouth. Or so says WebMD.

Holy batshit! I had 3 meetings like that today and lost about 1.7 hours of billing time. That's just shy of $1700 at my rate.
