Another TCOTU question.

It offered specially raised chicken that would be more flavorful and healthier. I ordered the special chicken, maybe with garlic buds. But it was incredibly good.

I couldn't find the place again though. That's my problem in TCOTU. I never try to remember the name of ballpark location. I do know the soup dumplings at the furtherest back rightmost restaurant in Chinatown (from Little Italy perspective) are to die for.
I imagine that the place you're referring to is Grand Sichuan International, long famous for its fresh-killed chicken dishes.

This must be a record for board breakage.

there have been scattered Robot Chicken skits based upon SW over the years. The best is Palpatin taking a collect call from Vader to learn the Death Star was blown up.
"Huh, what's an aluminum falcon?"
Now RC got Lucas Films' permission and did a few additional skits. It was disjointed and the one skit was the best. If you've seen that, you are golden.

Amazon.com

I'm a fan, usually, but twice lately I've ordered things that were "in stock," only to have them ship several days later. Are they dragging their feet to get me to elect a more expensive S&H option? Was I just unlucky?

I thought I was way ahead of the game for my brother's birthday, and now his present is going to be days late.

I haven't ordered from them in a little while, but if you order often, you might consider upgrading to Amazon Prime. For a flat fee, it gives you two day shipping on everything that you order, and a significant discount when upgrading to overnight shipping.

Yep. I bought my dad (one week before Father's Day) the Traveling Wilburys newly released 2 CD/DVD package. He just got it yesterday.

They've been doing this since they introduced free shipping. The free shipping is always lengthier than the next cheapest option, even though they both come the same way.

Someone ought to sue them for fraud for representing that they have something in stock and then sitting on it. They'd settle in about two nanoseconds. You wouldn't make much in fees, but there'd be a kicker.

Suing for fraud is always successful.
