I don't read the PB and I won't. You can't make me. That said, I'm not sure if your prosecutor/law analogy fits in this case anyway. We're talking about sports rules, not criminal laws.

I also see that you purposely ignored the other hypotheticals I posed. But that's cool. They probably don't fit anywhere into your argument anyway.
