Call and make an appointment for implants and lipo, and you can get what you need.

One trend I hate
Sometimes, on my way to work I see women seem to purposely pick out ugly and cheap looking clothes. One older woman sports an iridescent purple long puffy coat. What would make someone take that off the rack and say "mmm this looks GREAT!" Another next to me wears [a lot of them wear these] black orthopedic looking shoes with the standard black cheap looking stretchy pants and a cheap top. It is like you set out to look cheap and dowdy without a care at all to your appearance.
The most annoying trend that will not go away is puffer coats. I hate them. Cheap, nylon, ugly coats that make you look totally unprofessional. could you imagaine a guy showing up in one for a business meeting? he'd be laughed out of the meeting. or looked at as a fresh out of college rube. Wool, cashmere, wool cashmere blends in a dark color [or camel or that reddish color] are so much more attractive and classy looking. Cheap puffer coats make you look, well, cheap and nasty. I hate them, and can't wait until that trend dies a natural death. I'd prefer anything to them, wool coats, field Barbour coats, even some well done capes, patagonia and ski coats. anything but puffer coats. blech.
My other fucking pet peeve is those synthetic scarves on the street that look like synthetic boas in different colors. Hello, we know that you paid 5 bucks on the street. It looks like ass. Or those scarves off the street "100% cashmere" um, who do you think you are fooling?
Grasso is such a piece of shit

Sunday Bloody Sunday
Not bad. Once you've got about 6 years of addresses to Congress to work with, I guess that's the result. Makes you wonder why noone's done a mashup of Clinton, presumably doing something from Jefferson Airplane.

Who to believe? Who to believe?

Fluff Luck — Puffers
The reemergence of the down jacket, now cheekily designated the puffer, is the coat story of the year. And some definite refinements have been made since we last wore them en masse. Thankfully, we need no longer resemble the Michelin Tire Man while going about our business. Today’s coats, jackets and vests are tailored in a more body-hugging cut for a slimmer fit, and filled out with a lighter weight (yet still insulating) down and feather combo. Look for fashion-forward details like removable collars and hoods, retro banding at cuffs and hem, longer lengths (to the knee and beyond) and neat vertical channels. For maximum wicked weather chic, grab a puffer in a metallic hue like silver, gold or bronze, preferably in a semi-matte or shiny satin finish.

Puffer jackets are a "trend"? It is 80 degrees here today. I'll watch for them.

Start from the feet. If the wearer has Uggs, continue upward.
