A new kitchen.

There was a LOT of stuff here that I wouldn't turn down.

Jewelry by Saundra Messinger.

But mainly the new kitchen.

More than anything else, at this particular moment I would like both of my year-end deals to go away.

help me.

Okay, twice this year we've been hit with a proposal for a marketing opportunity. For sort of big bucks we go to some place nice. There are also dozens of in-house attorneys that are looking for new outside firms. To be invited, and be at the nice place, they have to agree to interview X firms, and have to be seriously looking for help. I guess my first thought is the in house guys will be going through the motions, trying to get done with the required interviews so they can get to the golf course. OTOH there are some great potential clients that go- if they are serious it might be great.

Anyone hear ever heard anything pro/con about other's experiences at this type thing?

Great deal for Philly. Always loved Andre Miller and now they're getting three first round draft choices too. Let the rebuilding begin.

Who knows how well Carmelo and Iverson will play together. Could be fantastic, could be a big problem.

Top dropped.
I was not offered such an opportunity during my last visit to Seattle. But no worries, my friend, for the taxicab that whisked me to the airport for the drunken overnight flight to Minneapolis cost me not a cent. One word: charged to the client.

BOOOOYAH!

Ha!

Last year during the Olympics, the stupid ass announcer guys were irritated with one particular skiier because she was wearing a tiara during her runs. They felt that she should focus on her skiing instead of her style. They called the tiara "distracting." She didn't win that particular event, but I was rather happy when she turned out to be one of the only American skiiers to win a gold medal in the Olympics in a later event.

I note that she just won the World Cup downhill. I hope she wore the tiara.

Actually, I found Hank's post completely clear, lucid and understandable.

I cannot say the say for your critique thereof.

Me? I want a trip here.

I also want a piece of extravagant jewelry. Not an engagement ring, but a "one of these days I'm buying you an engagement ring" piece of jewelry.

I wouldn't turn down a new Saab.

I was blown away by my birthday gifts this year. I wonder if my holiday gifts will follow suit.
I am coveting peace of mind. Who can afford me?

Jordan should have won 8 of them. Nash should not have won any of them. The MVP voting is a joke in the NBA.
